Video Hymn Projector
I've been making quite a few changes to the hymn projector, including the ability to play video and image content seamlessly during Mass.

I'm interested in feedback from parishioners. What are your thoughts and ideas.

I'll be organising a training meeting to explain in detail how the new changes are run, and setting up a more formal method of running the projector that we can all follow.

Let me know!

Would love to help with this, but with 2 ankle snappers, it would be way too risky!!

Just on the simple "how to" guide, make sure it includes "What to do if things aren't working as they should!!" Usually an extremely scarey predicament for a non-technical person. Smile

You mean something like, "breathe, and think logically" doesn't cut it.

If you think "techno"logically then it will cut it. But there are a lot of people whose logic is not techno. Big Grin

Hymn Projector Roster
Hi Collin,

I have just logged in onto the site to check my assignments for the Hymn projector and I notice that there are zilch on file! [Nothing showing on my green bar. The site does recognise me, but I have no roster duties or any other messages apart from "You are logged in as Farayi Kambarami".]

Could you please rectify (or look into it) and revert back to me as soon as you can?

Regards

Farayi

RE: Hymn Projector
Hi Farayi

I sent an email out on the 25th to ask everyone to cofirm their requests made at the last meeting. I have not heard back from you as to which masses you are available for.

I know everyone told me at the last meeting - but it got too much to remember. As soon as you let me know which masses - I'll schedule you.

RE: Hymn Projector
Collin,

I attend the Sunday 10:00 mass and I could do the Sunday 6:30pm mass occassionally, if there is a need.

Regards

Cool, I remember something about being on the altar every now and then.. so I suppose this just needs to fit in with Godfrey's schedule for you?

RE: Hymn Projector
Yes, but that will only really be effective from sometime in June/July thereabouts, so we should be fine in the short term...
