Catholic School of Evangelisation Archdiocese of Cape Town
In May 2007, the Archdiocese launched a Catholic School of Evangelisation, under the patronage of His Grace Archbishop Henry. The aims of the School are to evangelise, to be evangelised, to train others to evangelise, and to provide on-going support to those who evangelise, especially at parish level.

The school has a curriculum of many courses, but the objective in the short and medium term, is to present four basic courses at parishes on request.

The first course, NEW LIFE, has already been presented in Table View. The second course, EMMAUS, is to be presented in our parish on 16th and 17th May this year.

The attached image has more details about the School of Evangelisation.

Yup - where/how to register, times and costs.

The Emmaus course sounds interesting, as does the Paul course - I'm perticular interested in the practical aspects / application of the course.

Hi, Philip

You can book with me. The course costs R30 per day, i.e. R60 in total. The venue is CBC St John's Senior School campus. Starting time is 9am on both days. Expect to end between 4 and 5 on Saturday afternoon, and earlier on Sunday. The course fee is to cover the cost of stationery and other course materials. You need to bring your own lunch, or we can each bring a plate of eats and share if the participants prefer that. Tea and coffee are provided.

I'll put a notice in the May In Touch giving all the details.

The Emmaus course is amazing - a real scriptural eye-opener, as well as a deeply spiritual experience. I found the John course to be the best course I have ever attended.
